At Vail Fucci Photography, I offer transparent, straightforward pricing so you know exactly what to expect—no surprises.

Each session is designed to fit your unique needs, from quick, efficient sessions for busy professionals to customized shoots that give you time to explore multiple looks and styles. Every package includes expert guidance on posing and expression, so you’ll feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera.

IN STUDIO

In-Studio Headshot Session (Weekday)

Fee for up to a 3-hour appointment on a weekday. Multiple outfit changes are permitted and encouraged. A variety of backgrounds are available. Professional coaching on your wardrobe, posing, and expressions will be provided. Full length and/or waist up shots are available as needed. No image files are included in the session fee. Images are purchased SEPARATELY at the end of the session for $495 each. Image purchase price includes professional retouching and royalty free reprints rights.

In-Studio Headshot Session (Weekday) with Hair and Makeup included

Fee for up to a 4.5-hour appointment on a weekday. A professional hair and makeup artist will come to the studio to make you picture ready and will stay for the rest of your shoot for touchups. The initial hair and makeup portion usually takes about 90 minutes. Multiple outfit changes are permitted and encouraged. A variety of backgrounds are available. Professional coaching on your wardrobe, posing, and expressions will be provided. Full length and/or waist up shots are available as needed. No image files are included in the session fee. Images are purchased SEPARATELY at the end of the session for $495 each. Image purchase price includes professional retouching and royalty free reprints rights.

Express 30-Minute Studio Session

Express Headshot Session (Includes 1 image)

During this 30 minute appointment you will be photographed on your choice of a gray or white background. Please come dressed in the outfit you will be photographed in. You will be photographed in a variety of poses and expressions. At the end of your session we review the images we took and select your favorite. One retouched image is included in the session price. If you would like to purchase additional images from the session it is $495/image.

Express Headshot Session with Hair and Makeup (Includes 1 image)

During this 90 minute appointment you will be photographed on your choice of a gray or white background. Please come dressed in the outfit you will be photographed in. During the first 60 minutes our hair and makeup artist will take get you camera ready. She will stay for your shoot as well to make sure you look your best. The shoot can last up to 20 minutes. You will be photographed in a variety of poses and expressions. During the remaining 10 minutes we will review your images together and you can pick out the one(s) you want to purchase. One retouched image is included in the session price. If you would like to purchase additional images from the session it is $495/image.

Weekend

On-Site Group Session Full Day Rate (Weekday)

$5,000.00

Session fee for 8 hours of On-Site headshots on a weekday. Up to 200 individuals can be photographed during this 8 hour period. Pre-session phone or zoom consultation is included. One un-retouched image per person is included in the fee. Additional images can be purchased for $50 per image or all images can be made available for download for $1750. Retouching of images is available for $2000. For locations within 50 miles of Boston there is no additional travel fee.
